Greg Condon is the Chief Executive Officer and Broker of Rimrock Property Management, where he leads the strategic vision and operations of one of Alberta’s premier property management firms. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, asset management, and operations, Greg is recognized for his exceptional leadership in managing diverse portfolios across the residential, industrial, retail, and commercial sectors.
Greg’s career began in operations, serving as a Maintenance Manager for a national parking operator, where he oversaw more than 150 properties throughout Calgary. His hands-on knowledge of building systems and facilities laid a strong foundation for his transition into residential property management, where he served in multiple leadership and operational roles.
As his career progressed, Greg held increasingly senior positions within major real estate organizations. He served as Controller for a cross-border Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and managed over 4.4 million square feet of industrial space and 1.8 million square feet of retail and office properties for a national real estate firm. His executive leadership extended to the role of Vice President of Finance and Operations for an international investment fund manager with assets spanning Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
A results-driven executive, Greg combines financial acumen with operational expertise to deliver value to clients, investors, and stakeholders. He holds an accounting designation from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), maintains a boiler ticket through the Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA), and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Linda Condon is the dynamic force behind Condon Enterprises, the parent organization of a diverse group of companies. As Managing Director and Partner, she brings over 25 years of leadership experience, a bold entrepreneurial vision, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams across industries.
Linda’s leadership journey began long before her professional career, mentoring peers and captaining sports teams throughout her academic years. This natural inclination for leadership carried into retail management, where she quickly rose through the ranks. She led multi-location operations for national children’s clothing retailers across Western Canada’s top outlet centres, demonstrating operational excellence and strategic oversight.
Driven by a relentless desire to grow and give back, Linda pursued further education in healthcare as her six children grew. She earned specialized designations and went on to lead teams in sensory-based programming and cognitive care within the nursing field—an area where she made a significant impact for nearly a decade.
Expanding her entrepreneurial reach, Linda co-founded Condon Enterprises and played a pivotal role in building its diversified portfolio. From real estate and property management to facilities operations and a successful retail venture in outdoor survival gear, Linda’s business acumen, strategic thinking, and passion for people have been central to the group’s continued success.

Kelly’s expertise is anchored in her experience as a Legal Assistant and her years as the Office Manager for high-performing Realtor team. These roles paved the way for her career in Condominium Management, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of both the legal complexities and the operational standards required to manage a thriving corporation.
Since earning her Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS) in 2011, Kelly has dedicated herself to a singular goal: providing the highest level of service through clear, educated results. She understands that a Board’s time is their most precious resource, which is why her communication is always direct, honest, and focused on the best interests of the Corporation.
