Greg Condon
Greg Condon – Chief Executive Officer & Broker, Rimrock Property Management
Greg Condon is the Chief Executive Officer and Broker of Rimrock Property Management, where he leads the strategic vision and operations of one of Alberta’s premier property management firms. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, asset management, and operations, Greg is recognized for his exceptional leadership in managing diverse portfolios across the residential, industrial, retail, and commercial sectors.
Greg’s career began in operations, serving as a Maintenance Manager for a national parking operator, where he oversaw more than 150 properties throughout Calgary. His hands-on knowledge of building systems and facilities laid a strong foundation for his transition into residential property management, where he served in multiple leadership and operational roles.
As his career progressed, Greg held increasingly senior positions within major real estate organizations. He served as Controller for a cross-border Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and managed over 4.4 million square feet of industrial space and 1.8 million square feet of retail and office properties for a national real estate firm. His executive leadership extended to the role of Vice President of Finance and Operations for an international investment fund manager with assets spanning Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
A results-driven executive, Greg combines financial acumen with operational expertise to deliver value to clients, investors, and stakeholders. He holds an accounting designation from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), maintains a boiler ticket through the Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA), and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Under Greg’s leadership, Rimrock Property Management continues to grow its reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity in real estate services.
Linda Condon
Linda Condon – Managing Director & Co-Founder, Condon Enterprises
Linda Condon is the dynamic force behind Condon Enterprises, the parent organization of a diverse group of companies. As Managing Director and Partner, she brings over 25 years of leadership experience, a bold entrepreneurial vision, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams across industries.
Linda’s leadership journey began long before her professional career, mentoring peers and captaining sports teams throughout her academic years. This natural inclination for leadership carried into retail management, where she quickly rose through the ranks. She led multi-location operations for national children’s clothing retailers across Western Canada’s top outlet centres, demonstrating operational excellence and strategic oversight.
Driven by a relentless desire to grow and give back, Linda pursued further education in healthcare as her six children grew. She earned specialized designations and went on to lead teams in sensory-based programming and cognitive care within the nursing field—an area where she made a significant impact for nearly a decade.
Expanding her entrepreneurial reach, Linda co-founded Condon Enterprises and played a pivotal role in building its diversified portfolio. From real estate and property management to facilities operations and a successful retail venture in outdoor survival gear, Linda’s business acumen, strategic thinking, and passion for people have been central to the group’s continued success.

Kelly Heintz
Kelly Heintz – Managing Partner, Broker, Rimrock Condo Management
Behind every well-run Condominium Corporation is a manager who values transparency above all else. Kelly Heintz is that manager. As a Licensed Broker and veteran Condominium Manager she spent her career evolving alongside the industry.
Kelly’s expertise is anchored in her experience as a Legal Assistant and her years as the Office Manager for high-performing Realtor team. These roles paved the way for her career in Condominium Management, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of both the legal complexities and the operational standards required to manage a thriving corporation.
Since earning her Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS) in 2011, Kelly has dedicated herself to a singular goal: providing the highest level of service through clear, educated results. She understands that a Board’s time is their most precious resource, which is why her communication is always direct, honest, and focused on the best interests of the Corporation.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Kelly’s commitment to the Calgary area goes beyond the office. During the Calgary Stampede, you’ll find her volunteering at Horse Haven, sharing her love for animals with the community. When she isn’t helping condominium boards navigate complex property needs, she is likely resetting at the spa, hitting the gym, or spending quiet, grounding time with her three horses.
For Kelly, being part of the community is vital to her well-being, and she brings that same sense of duty and integrity to every property she manages.

Alexandra Bilinski is excited to join Rimrock Condo Management as a Managing Partner & Associate, bringing with her more than 11 years of experience in condominium management. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building strong relationships with boards, owners, and residents, and believes that great customer service is the foundation of every successful condominium community.
Alex has extensive experience supporting condominium corporations with governance, operations, and compliance with Alberta’s Condominium Property Act. She is known for her approachable style, responsiveness, and ability to work collaboratively to find practical solutions to challenges.
She takes pride in helping communities run smoothly while creating positive experiences for the people who call them home. Alex looks forward to working with Rimrock’s clients and continuing her commitment to providing knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly service.

Brianna Condon
Brianna Condon – Assistant Commercial Property Manager
Brianna Condon supports Rimrock’s commercial portfolio across Calgary, Edmonton and Lethbridge, working alongside the commercial management team on the day-to-day details that keep buildings running and tenants looked after.
Her role spans tenant communication and service requests, lease and insurance documentation, maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination, and the reporting that sits behind every well-run commercial property. Owners and tenants know her as a responsive point of contact who follows up, keeps records straight and makes sure nothing slips between the cracks.
Building her career in commercial real estate, Brianna is developing experience across the operational, financial and tenant-relations sides of property management, and brings a practical, detail-focused approach to everything she takes on.
Kassandra Condon
Kassandra Condon – Commercial and Residential Administrator
Kassandra Condon is a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the Rimrock Property Management team. Having been with the company for a year and a half, she has quickly proven herself as a reliable and detail-oriented professional. In her role as Commercial and Residential Administrator, Kassandra supports boards, owners, tenants, and residents with efficiency and care, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client service across Rimrock’s commercial and residential portfolios.
Passionate about growing in her field, Kassandra is currently working toward obtaining her Condominium Management License. Her commitment to learning and her fresh perspective make her an exciting up-and-comer in the industry and a valued part of the Rimrock team.

A growth-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, Halime is passionate about turning challenges into results. Deeply rooted in real estate through her family’s investment portfolio, she developed an early understanding of property operations, investment strategy, and the importance of maximizing long-term asset performance.
